Our format includes time for breakout sessions, small group exercises, or facilitated collaboration. These hands-on elements help translate ideas into action and allow participants to co-create insights that stick long after the session ends.

We intentionally keep events smaller, typically around 70 to 100 participants. This allows for better engagement, easier networking, and a more focused atmosphere where everyone has the space to contribute.
